Banana Brand Chocolate Chip Muffins

1/4 C sugar subsitute (Twin)1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder1 c naturally white flour1 c Brand Flakes Cereal (Crused to = 1/2 c)1/4 c olive oil1/4 c skim milk2 medium bananas1 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp semi-sweet Chocolate morcels**add 1/2 oz of crushed walnuts for less than 10 extra calories...but forgot on this batch..
Preheat oven to 375º F and spray muffin pan with cooking spray, or use muffin papers. In a mixing bowl add sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, crushed brand flakes and flour stirring well to combine all ingredients. Add oil, milk, mashed bananas and vanilla to dry mixture and mix until just moistened. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate morsels. With batter fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Check if done by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean they are done. Remove muffins immediately from pan. Makes 12 muffins; 1 muffin equals 1 serving.
