Kickin' Creamy Chicken Stew

2.5 lb - Chicken Tenderloins 1 - 16 ounce jar - Salsa2 cans - Reduced Sodium Black Beans1 can - Reduced Sodium Sweet Corn1 can - Diced Tomatos with no salt1 teaspoon - Ground Cumin1 small (3 oz) package of fat free cream cheese
Place frozen chicken tenderloins in bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except cream cheese and cumin.
Cook on high for 4 1/2 - 5 hours.
Add cream cheese, cook on warm setting for 30 more minutes, then stir.
This can be served over rice or wrapped in flour tortillas (not included in nutritional info.)
One serving is 1 large chicken tenderloin.
