Bavarian Pork

4 lbs Lean Pork1 lg can Sauerkraut1 lg can Tomatoes1 tbsp Caraway Seed1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper1 cup brown rice
Start with a large pork loin, or any lean cut, about 4 lbs, and remove excess fat. Cut into pieces about 1/2 lb each (not applicable to chops and ribs).
Put into large stockpot, slow cooker, or dutch oven; pour tomatoes, sauerkraut, rice, caraway and red pepper over top.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until rice is tender and pork falls apart.
Yields about twelve 1cup servings.
