Low Fat Italian Corn Muffin

Ingredients
1 1/3 c. Flour1 1/3 c. Cornmeal2 Tbl Sugar4 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp salt1 Tbl Italian Seasoning1/2 c. Grated Parmasan Cheese1/2 c. Egg White1/2 c. applesauce1 can Cream Style Corn3/4 c. 1% milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Combine without over mixing.

Spray or line muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins
