Ground Beef Soup

1 pound lean ground chuck1 10oz pkg of frozen mixed vegatables4 medium size potatoes (cut in cubes)1 1/2 - 2 cups tomatoe sauce1 1/2 cups of frozen seasoning blend( red and green bell pepper, onion,celery)2 tbsp salt1 tbsp black pepper2 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp crushed bay leaf4 -6 cups water
Slowly brown ground chuck. Add dry seasonings and frozen seasoning blend (bell pepper, onion, celery) continue cooking then add the 6 cups water and tomatoe sauce. Add frozen vegetables, cubed potatoes . Continue cooking bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are soft. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
