Good Nite Milk

Ingredients
1 c. non-fat milk (you can use any percent that you prefer)1 tsp. freshly grated cinnamonA splash of rose water (a little goes a long way)A pinch ground cardamom
Directions
Heat 1 c. milk in a small saucepan on low-medium heat. As the milk is heating, grate 1 tsp. cinnamon into the milk, then add a splash of rose water, and lastly the ground cardamom. Heat milk until it reaches desired temperature (not boiling). Makes one-8oz. mug.
