Ingredients
1/2c 99% Real egg (or 2 Eggs) 2tbsp Margarine (melted) 1-1/4c Wheat pastry flour 1tsp Baking powder 1-3/4c Water
Directions
Place eggs in blender; whip to mix well
Add salt, melted margarine, flour, baking powder and water
Whip to blend thoroughly (add water if batter is too thick)
Cook in crepe pan
