Very Easy (3-ingredient) Granola

Ingredients
3 C oats1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup maple/pancake syrup1/4 cup hot waterPinch cinnamon and vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oats well. Add oats and mix. Spread evenly on a baking stone and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Keep an eye on it to make sure that the oats don't brown too quickly. A trick I use is after 20 minutes mix it up.

Traditional granola ingredients may be added (almonds, craisins, etc.) but are not included in the recipe.

Makes 12 servings of 1/4 C each

    Very quick, easy and tasty! I made mine on a foil lined baking sheet and it only needed to cook about 15-20 minutes for me. I ate it with light vanilla yogurt and strawberries, so good! - 6/27/15
