Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients
1/2 pound low-fat sausage1/2 pound extra lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers15 oz canned tomato sauce4 oz. canned mushrooms, stems & piecces1/2 tsp oregano leaves12 small tortillas, fat-free10 3/4 oz. tomato soup1 Tbsp onion soup, dry mix2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Crumble sausage and beef into skillet; stir in green pepper. Cook until meat is brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and oregano. Spoon mixture into tortillas and place in a greased bakingdish. Combine onion soup mix and tomato soup and pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 12 roll ups. Serving size is 1 or 2 roll ups.
