Ingredients
Directions
6 Boiled Potatoes1.5c 1% Milk.5 cup butter or margerineground black pepper & garlic powder to taste2T fat free sour cream (optional for fluffiness)
Slice 6 potatoes into 1-inch chunks and bring to a slow boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until soft (I like to leave the skin on, so when the skin falls off is a pretty good sign they're ready)
Place in food processor or Kitchenaid Mixer and begin to mix with a flat beater on slow (#2 on Mixer). Slowly add in milk, melted butter, and seasonings to taste.
When it's reached the consistency you like, turn it up (#4 on mixer) and whip for 15-30 seconds for fluffiness.
Makes approx. 6 cups
