Irish soda bread

Ingredients
3 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking sodaDash salt3/4 cup raisins1 cup skim or 1% milk1/3 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup canola oil2 tbsp caraway seedsCooking spray
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Add egg and oil and start mixing contents of bowl. Slowly add the cup of milk. Mix in raisins and caraway seeds.

Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour contents into pan. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes until golden brown and when toothpick poked in center comes out clean.
