pound of Lean Ground Turkey, 1/4 cup Salsa, 1 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese & entire can of fat free refried beans. **You can substitute fat free or low fat cheese. **You can also use lean ground beef instead of the ground turkey
Serves 6
Brown and Drain a pound of Lean Ground Turkey, add 1/4 cup of Salsa, and entire can of fat free refried beans. Mix well. Stir under low heat. Lay Tortilla Chips on a baking pan, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Scoop filling mix onto the chips and top with light sprinkle of the shredded cheese. Broil in the oven, just long enough to toast the chips and melt the cheese.
