Heat Oil
Put in onions and garlic and cook until translucent
Put in the bay leave, tomatoes, lentils, tomatoes, thyme, pepper and worcestershire sauce and beef broth.
Bring to boil
Lower heat and cover for 15 minutes
Add carrots an celery, bring to boil, cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes
(add water if necessary)
Add kielbasa and heat through
Discard bay leaf and server
