Frozen Chicken Breast (1 Breast), 3 serving Chicken bouillon, 3 tsp Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Pumpkin or winter squash, cooked, 1.5 cup, mashed Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup Best Choice French Cut Style Green Beans, 1.5 cup Peas, canned, 1 can (303 x 406) Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields OreganoCuminRed Pepper FlakesPaprikaGarlic PowderOnion Powder
Boil chicken with bouillon and spices to taste in 8 cups water. Cook for about 30 minutes, then remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Return chicken to soup. Add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes longer. Add rice and continue cooking till rice and potatoes are done. Add pumpkin and canned vegetables and heat through, aprox. 10 more minutes.
