Apple Carnberry muffins

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.33 cupCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 0.5 tspBaking Soda, 0.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 largeBanana, fresh, 1 cup, mashedWalnut Oil, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup Apples, fresh, 0.5 cup, choppedSunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1/4 cupWalnuts, 0.33 cup, chopped
Directions
In large bowl, combine first six ingredients. In small mixing bowl, beat egg, bananas, applesauce, oil and extracts. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.

Prepare oven by preheating to 325 and prepare muffin pan with spray shortening. Drop spoonfuls of mix into muffin pan to fill to about 2/3 full. Makes 12 medium sized muffins.
