Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans of 14.5 oz chipck peas.25 cup lemon juice2 tablespoons parsley2 tablespoons water1 tablespoon olive oil1-2 cloves of garlic minced .25 teaspoon cayenne pepperpita bread or raw veggies
Directions
makes1.5 cups = 10 serving
Combine all ingredients into food processor or blender except pita bread and/ or raw veggies. Blend well. Use and dip and enjoy!!
