Pork Chop caserole

Ingredients
4 pork loin chops1 cup thin sliced parsnips1 cup thin sliced sweet potatoes1 onion diced1 cup half and half with 1/4 c flour mixed into til smooth1 can cream of mushroom soup1 stick butter cut up in thin slices.
Directions
Brown pork chops with salt pepper and garlic in skillet
place sweet potatoes on bottom of pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Put several pats of butter over then mix cream of mushroom with cream mixture. Stir until smooth. Layer pork chops on top of butter and potatoes. Pour half of mixture over chops. Then layer parnips, butter and remaining soup mixture over parsnips. Bake at 350 until chops are tender.
