Ingredients
6 oz. Healthy Harvest Spaghetti Noodles, cooked1 cup julianned carrots1 cup zucchini, sliced1.5 cup canned tomatoes1/4 cup oil1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp. grated ginger root3 TBS rice vinegar3 TBS soy sauce2 tsp. sugar
Directions
Mix oil, garlic, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar together. Pour over noodles, carrots, zucchini, and tomatoes. Mix well. Let sit for 25 minutes in the fridge to marry flavors and serve.
