Turkey Penne stroganoff

3 cups Penne Rigate (or other pasta may be substituted)1 cup Turkey1 4 oz can mushrooms1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz)1/2 bag mixed vegetables1 small container fat free sour cream
Cook pasta in 6 cups boiling water until done (6 minutes or so). Drain and then add shredded turkey, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, sage, and poultry seasoning. Mix and then heat for 5 minutes or so. Mix in sour cream and then serve. 1 cup per person.
