500g meance meat , 2 middle onion, 3 garlic cloves,1 tbsp parsley ( can be fresh or dried, it depend of preferences), 600 g pasta the best is pipe shape), 1 tsp bread crumbs ( the best one are the home made one), 1 tbsp butter (i prefer to use olive oil), 2 tbsp flour white (not self raising), 1 tomatoe puree (i've entered co-op as it was the only one i had in my kitchen), cheddar cheese (you can substiute it with low fat cheese)
Meat mix with an onion, garlic, pepper and salt. Put it aside for about 5-20 min. Cooked pasta mixed with thie meat.Butter melt , add flouer and fry it, add tomatoe puree and 2 glasses of water ( your preferences on how much water), add basil. Cook on small heat for about 5 minutes. Mixed with pasta and meat. Baking dish smear with butter and sprinle with bread crumbs. Put pasta and meat, sprinkle with cheese . Put in the oven (180 c) and bake for about 30min.
