1 package of Bob's Red Mill GF Cornbread Mix1 8oz can crushed pineapple with juicefill empty can with water or milk2 large eggs
Directions
Ignore directions on package of cornbread!
Instead, mix well with pineapple, eggs, and water or milk, and bake at 350F in pie pan until golden brown!
