Vegetarian Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can kidney beans (or other favorite)1 can whole kernal corn2 small cans sliced olives1 can diced tomatoes1 small onion, chopped1 12oz. pkg. Morningstar griller crumbles1 package taco seasoning
Directions
In a large skillet, saute onion in oil till translucent. Add crumbles and fry until soft and moisture is gone. Add to stock pot. Add all canned ingredients and seasoning. Heat and stir until mixed and bubbling. Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips as desired. (not included in nutrition info)
