Whole wheat blueberry flax muffins

2 C Whole Wheat Flour2 t salt3 t baking powder1 t ground nutmeg2 t ground cinnamon1.5 t stevia powdered sweetener1 large egg1/4 c skim milk1/4 c applesauce12 T flax seeds6 T dried blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 20 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 12 one muffin servings.
