Low Fat Banana muffins

Ingredients
3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Quick Cooking Oats1/4 c. wheat germ1/4 ground flax seed1 tsp. Baking Powder2 c. mashed ripe bananas1/2 c. fat free milk1/4 splenda2 eggs
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together, except sugar. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add splenda and beat about 1 minute, beat in bananas but leave a little lumpy, add milk and mix well. Add wet to dry and stir just until well blended do not over mix. Let mix sit for about 10 minutes and then pour into lined muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
