Sarah's Cranberry Chutney

1 cup water4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries1/2 cup dark raisins1/2 cup golden raisins1 cup Splenda blend (or 2 cups regular sugar)1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground allspice1/2 tsp salt16 oz crushed pineapple, drained
Place all ingredients in electric pressure cooker. Seal cooker, bring up to high pressure and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Partially release pressure via Quick Method and allow remaining pressure to reduce naturally. Remove chutney from cooker and cooll to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
