Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
4 eggs1 cup milk.5 cup cheese3 slices bread (cubed)*.5 lb sausage (optional)-> in place of the sausage this time i used .5 cup of red green and yellow peppers
Directions
lightly beat eggs add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Pour into cassarole dish of choice. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

*if adding meat, brown before adding to the mixture.
