1 lb lentils1 onioncumincurryoreganobrown sugarsaltpepperolive oilbroth or boulliongarlic
Directions
Rinse lentils; boil in 6 cups broth with chopped onion, garlic and spices. Remove 1-2 cups lentils; puree the rest. Add lentils back in.
