Ingredients
250 g lentils250 g potatos200 g carrots200 g leeks100 g celeriac2 knackwurst (a 85 g)saltpeppervinegarsugar
Directions
Boil the lentils in water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the potatos and vegetables into pieces. Add them to the lentils, and boil another 30 minutes. Cut the knackwurst, add them at the end, and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and sugar.
