Green Bean/Zucchini Casserole (Greek Style)

Ingredients
4 Cups Frozen Green Beans3 Med Zucchinis, sliced1 Med Onion, chopped3 Cloves Garlic, minced1 Cup of Parsley, chopped1 Cup of Crumbled Lowfat Feta Cheese2 8oz Cans Tomato Sauce, No salt added2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Basil1 tsp Dill Weed1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until transparent.

Add zucchini, fresh or frozen green beans, parsley. and tomato sauce. Cook just until done, zucchini will be bright green. Approx. 10 mins.

Sprinkle Feta on top and stir in.
