400g mince beef3 carrots3 parsnips1 large onion1/2 savoy cabbage2 potatoes1 cup of shredded chedder cheese1 beef stock cubewater3 tablespoons of butter
boil a large pan of water
chop potatoes into chunks
dice carrots and parsnips
put potatoes carrots and parsnips into pan of boiling water
dice onion
shred cab
brown mince beef with onion
once browned add 1 cup of water and beef stock cube to the mince bring to the boil
after 10mins and cabbage to the mince and stock simmer for 5 mins
mash the potatoes carrorts and parsnips with the butter
place mince and stock into a deep oven dishleave both mash and mince to cool
once cooled carefully place mash ontop of mince
then sprinkle cheese on top
place in oven for 30 mins on gas mark 7.
place any left overs into the fridge or freezer for another day just simply pop into microwave to heat
