Kasha Pilaf

Ingredients
Kasha (roasted buckwheat kernels), 1 cupAll White’s Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cupCelery, raw, .25 cup, dicedCarrots, raw, 2 medium*Dried Onion Flakes, 3 tbspOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Coat kasha with egg whites.
Cook in pan until dry
Add veggies that have been sauted in olive oil and 2 cups water.
Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 15 min.
