Mini Yellow Cupcakes with Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Classic Yellow Cake Mix1/3 c Treetop No Sugar Added Applesauce3/4 c Egg Beaters1 c WaterBetty Crocker Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting
Directions
Follow the directions on the cake mix package substituting the applesauce for the oil and the egg beaters for the eggs. I cooked each batch of 24 for 15 minutes on 325 degrees.

Once cooled, use 1/2 tsp of frosting for each one. It doesn't seem like much, but the mini cupcakes are small and it is an adequate portion.

Makes 80 mini cupcakes.
