Special Skillet Cassoulet!

Ingredients
• 1 Medium Onion, Chopped• 1 Garlic Clove, MInced• 8 Oz. 5O% Less Fat Turkey Sausaqe, Sliced• 1/4 Tsp. Dried Thyme• 3/4 Cup Chicken Broth• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste• 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs• 1 1/2 Cups Great Northern Beans
Directions
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Coat a nonstick ovenproof skillet with cooking spray and heat. Add onion, garlic, and sausaqe, and sauté until onion is tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add thyme, broth, beans and tomato paste, and simmer 10 minutes.
4. Sprinkle bread crumbs over beans. Place skillet under broiler until bread crumbs are browned, about 30 seconds. 5. Serve, and Enjoy! Makes about 1 3/4 cups per serving.
