Garlic Shrimp with Spanish Style Potatoes

Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 30 mediumOlive Oil, 4 tbsp Garlic, 2 clovePotato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Garlic Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Slice potatoes into circles using a mandoline. Spread out on baking tray sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 425 for 30 mins.

Peel and devein shrimp. Sautee in garlic olive oil mixture until pink and cooked through. Serve with the potatoes.
