    *Nopales, cooked, 2 cup
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
    Egg, fresh, 3 extra large
    Tomato Sauce, .5 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    cumin powder, 1 tsp


boil 2 cups of chopped nopales in water. when tender drain. Spray a pan with Pam and add nopales, boiled shrimp and tomato sauce. add cumin powder,garlic powder, salt & pepper to liking. cook for 10 mins. Add three eggs and cook until done. makes 2 servings.
