Pinto Salado

Ingredients
Chop tomatoes into 2" chunks. Add 1 cupped rinsed canned pinto beans. Add chopped onion and pumpkin seeds. Crumble 2 oz feta cheese (I like sheep' milk feta). In a small bowl mix olive oil, agave nectar and apple cider vinegar. Pour dressing over other ingredients. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
