Donna's Corn Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs lightly beaten1 cup yellow cornmeal1/4 c melted margarine1/2 tsp baking soda1 c cream style corn1/2 c chopped bell peppers1 c skim milk with 2 tbs of vinegar added1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 c grated cheese1/2 cup choppec chice1/4 c grated carrots
Directions
makes 10 4"x5" piece
In a large bowl beat eggs. add milk and melted margarine
Add all dry ingredients
Mix well
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until tester comes out clean
