Package ground turkey breast1/2 cup italian sausage meat1 egg1/4 c egg beaters
Mix all ingredients. Drop spoonfuls into hot non stick pan. Cook about 6 min per side til well browned. Should make about 16. Can be used for dinner or for quick high protein snacks.
