Three Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
* Garlic, 1 head plus 8 cloves * *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 12 oz * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * White Wine, 3/4 cup * Parsley, 1 cup * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, .25 tsp 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Roast 1 head of garlic for 45 minutes.

Cook Spaghetti and drain.

Slice 5 cloves of garlic, and finely chop remaining 3 cloves.
saute sliced garlic until brown in olive oil and remove with slotted spoon.

Saute chopped garlic for 1 minute then add wine and roasted garlic. Simmer for 3 minutes then add spaghetti, parsley, chili peppers, salt and pepper.

Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese (not included in nutritional analysis.
