Crust-free Pizza

Ingredients
2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 8 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup Pizza sauce - Primo 0.50 serving Zuchinni, 1 large 323g 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 sausage (10-1/4" long x 1-3/8" Pepperoni
Directions
Make "crust" by mixing already cooked ground beef, all the cottage cheese and 2 oz mozza then press into bottom of non stick square pan. Sprinkle with 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Spread Pizza sauce on top. Alternate layer sliced tomatoes and zucchini, pepperoni, then mozza and parmason. Sprinkle with remaining Italian Seasoning. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Let sit 5 min before serving.
