Cole Slaw-Creamy low fat

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, shredded Carrots, raw, 3 medium, shreddedKraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), .5 cupSplenda Sugar Blend for Baking, .25 cupCelery seed, 1 tspDistilled White Vinegar, 1 tbspDill weed, dried, 1 tsp Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/3 cupPecans, 1/3 cup
Directions
Mix cabbage and carrots. Mix mayo, vinegar, Splenda, celery seed and dill in a separate bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir well to blend evenly. Add cranberries and pecans and toss till mixed well. Refrigerate one hour.

Makes 10 three-quarter cup servings.
