13 to 14 lb Manor House Turkey1 onion, chopped1 stalk celery, chopped1 tsp saltpepper to taste2 tbls unsatled Great Value Butter
Defrost and remove giblets and neck from turkey; wash. With hands rub 1/2 tsp. salt in the cavity of turkey; add onion and celery. Rub the outside of the turkey with butter and season with 1/2 tsp salt & pepper. Put 1/2 cup water in the bottom of the Roaster; place turkey on the roaster rack cook at 350 for about 2 1/2 hours or until turkey reached 160 degrees inside. I
