Nana Mangano's Pizzelles

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 6 largeFlour, white, 2 3/4 cup Butter, salted, 2 sticksVanilla Extract, 2 tspBaking Powder, 4 tspGranulated Sugar, 1 1/2 cup
Directions
Melt butter and add vanilla - let cool.
Whisk room temperature eggs and add sugar - whisk well.
Add butter and baking powder - whisk well.
Slowly add flour.
Batter will be thick.
Place 1/2 a serving teaspoon of batter on hot pizzelle griddle.
Count to 35 and remove.
Let cool on wire rack.
Store in tin containers.
