*Potato, raw with skin, 3 cup dicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped)Rosemary, dried, 1 tbspThyme, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 6 tsp )
Chop potatoes and carrots into chunks. Put on oiled cookie sheet. Add thyme, rosemary, black pepper and mix. then drizzle with olive oil. Cook in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are fork done.
