Melanie's Corn Bread Dressing

1 pan of cornbread, baked and cooled1 stick of butter1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp sage1 can cream of celery soup1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 can water2 eggs1 small white onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)2 stalks celery, diced (about 1/2 cup)Turkey liver, finely diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crumble the cornbread into a large mixing bowl, add everything else, mix well. Pour into a greased 9x9 casserole and bake for about 2 1/2 hours or until browned.
