Broccoli Casserole

1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed2lb bag of frozen broccoli florets1 large can of Cream of Mushroom soup1 small can of cream of chicken soup1 cup onion, chopped3 cups Minute Rice
Preheat oven to 425.
Prepare 3 cups MInute Rice according to instructions on box.
In a sauce pan, spray bottom with pam and saute onions until translucent. Over medium heat, Add the soups and the cubed velveeta, stir until melted. Add frozen broccoli and minute rice. Spray a 9x12 casserole dish with Pam and pour mixture in. Put in a 425 oven for 30 minutes or until the top is nice and bubbly. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
