Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup2 tbsp Lite, Sour Cream1 Cup Chopped onion2 Cup Fresh Broccoli4oz Chicken Breast, skinless, cooked, cubed 4 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed12 oz Frozen Hash Browned Potatoessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Using cooking spray, grease casserole dish. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 10 minutes and stir. Return to oven and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes or until hash browned potatoes are done. Using a knife or spatula, cut the casserole into equal servings. Serving size based on 8 servings.
