Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Thighs, boneless and skinless1.5 Tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste1 sec Pam
Directions
1. Clean and pat dry boneless & skinless Chicken Thighs
2. Add Thai Green Curry Paste to Chicken Thighs & mix well.
3. Spray large pan or griddle with Pam and heat on high.
4. Add Chicken Thighs and then turn heat down to medium.
5. Cook until down side is brown and then flip to brown other side.

No salt is needed because the Thai Green Curry Paste has sufficient.

I like to mix and then cook some veggies like chopped up celery with the chicken. The veggies will then have some of the curry and chicken taste.

Thai Curry Paste comes in small cans and can be found in regular grocery stores like Giant, Safeway, Whole Foods, Wegmans, etc. There is Green, Red and Yellow Curry Paste and several different brands. Take your pick. I like the Green, but have used the red with chicken as well.
