Ingredients
5 carrots chopped 3 Onions chopped 2 28 oz cans of hole peeled tomatoes 1 Large head of cabbaged chopped 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 15oz can of cut green beans 2 quarts of tomato Juice 2 green bell peppers diced 10 stalks celery chopped 1 14 oz can of beef broth
Directions
Place carrots tomatoes cabbage green beans peppers and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix tomato juice beff broth and enough water to cove vegetables. Simmer until Vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste

Maybe stored in frig for several days.
You can also freeze left over for another day, Makes 30 1 cup servings
