Ingredients
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 Italian tomato (remove) * *Del Monte Organic diced tomatoes plain, 5.25 cup (remove) * Garlic, 8 clove (remove) * Celery, raw, 12 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) * Cucumber (with peel), 500 grams (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 10 large (remove) * *Heinz White Wine Vinegar, 8 tsp (remove) * **McCormick ground cumin, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Dried Mexican Oregano, 6 tsp (remove) * *1 tsp Parsley Flakes, 8 serving (remove)
Directions
Chop up ingredients into pot. I blend them all (or experiment with blending certain ingredients) to get different textures. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let flavors distribute evenly.

Add 1/4 cup olive oil for an extra 100kcal.
